What each part of the experience keeps
Private notebook
Your notes and reflections stay temporarily in this tab and in the private file you download. They are not sent with account milestones or given to educators, organisations or providers. Save your file somewhere private before closing.
Account and optional milestones
The account stores your email, display name, protected password and access profile on the server. Milestones are saved when you choose. They record progress you declare; they do not certify skills or reconstruct your notes.
Replies to requests and updates
A guidance request requires your permission for CauceFirme to use your display name and email to reply about it. That permission does not authorise advertising or automatically share your email with a provider. Marketing contact is a separate choice; you can withdraw it without losing your account.
Classroom participation
The classroom receives your chosen option and a random technical identifier for each tab and classroom, without your name, email or notebook. Responding is voluntary. The facilitator receives counts grouped by option once there are at least five responses. This does not guarantee absolute anonymity or one unique person per response.
Classroom duration and temporary responses
A classroom expires after two hours and becomes inaccessible. Responses enter a bounded cleanup process when the service is used to create new classrooms, starting 24 hours after expiry. Physical deletion at a fixed minute is not guaranteed. Responses are not used for marketing or assessment.
Professional profile and publication
After review, a profile publishes only the fields you authorise: professional or organisation name, country, languages, delivery formats, services, summary and website. Account email stays outside the public profile. Creating an account or saving a draft does not publish a profile.

CauceFirme reviews each profile before publication. This publication review does not certify qualifications or guarantee outcomes. Check the scope declared by the provider and request guidance through your account, with permission to contact you.

The games and exercises invite self-discovery, new perspectives and practice. They do not diagnose, assign personality labels or certify a skill for completing a journey.
